Impressionist painter from the city of Kostroma. Merited Artist of Russia (1991). Leonid Vinogradov's art is cheerful and bright, intriguing and uplifting, a source of pure bliss for any art lover. Taking inspiration from the art of the great Russian masters of the past K.Yuon and B.Kustodiev, Vinogradov developed his own unique style in painting merging landscape and genre picture. Member of the Union of Russian Artists. From 1968 a participant of most major art shows in the country. Vinogradov's works are displayed at the State Russian Museum in Saint Petersburg and The State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow.
